The Giant Pearl is the stalwart of the group camping scene. Introduced by Relum some 30 years ago, it has enjoyed massive sales throughout the UK and Europe.
BCT bought Relum in the late 1990's. Originally the Giant Pearl was manufactured in the Czech Republic by a company which is now defunct, so BCT started to manufacture them here in the UK from the original Czech patterns.
Todays Giant Pearls have an upgraded steel pole set, a much heavier and stronger groundsheet and upgraded guy ropes.
